Low-Income Owner-Occupied Home Repair Programs in Kent County

The resources listed below offer a variety of home repair services to homeowners. Generally they serve households at or below 80% of the Area Median Income ($50,050 for a household of 4 in 2016), although some use lower levels. The terms are a mix of loans (usually at 0-1% interest and sometimes forgiven or deferred) and grants (usually for seniors or very-low income households). There are also small faith-based and service organizations through-out the county that offer limited assistance with housing repairs.
