NOTICE OF SOLICITATION OF CANDIDATES

POSITIONS OPEN:

Two seats on the Town of Little Creek Board of Commissioner are up for election as follows:

The Town is soliciting candidates for two (2) commissioner seats that are up for election, each having a term of two (2) years.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS TO HOLD OFFICE:

 21 years of age or older by the date of the election

• Be a citizen of the United States and the State of Delaware
• A candidate for municipal government shall not have been convicted of a felony.
• Have been a resident of the Town of Little Creek for one year prior to the date of election.
• Be non-delinquent in his/her uncontested town taxes

A Notice of Candidacy for these positions must be filed, in writing, by February 13, 2023, to the Town of Little Creek, PO Box 298, Little Creek, DE  19961. Candidates must also complete State of Delaware Municipal Election forms which can be found at: https://elections.delaware.gov/information/elections/municipal.shtml

Please publish in the SUNDAY Delaware State News, as a two-column display ad on the following date: SUNDAY, January 15, 2023
