In addition to approving the minutes of our April’s Town Council Meeting, and a review or report on the various topics that constitute the towns monthly business, we will be discussing the delegation of code enforcement to Kent County Levy Court for matters pertaining to property maintenance, as per the County’s recently adopted Property Maintenance Code.
